Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page is still under construction. Here are a few initial facts;
There are no refunds on opened products or unopened unless a medically proven allergic reaction is determined by a physician. At which time, the product needs to be returned to New Concepts Med Spa within 15 days of purchase. We will then determine if the best resolution is "cash back", in-house credit, or replacement with another retail product.
There are no cash/credit back refunds. If Management determines that compensation is appropriate, the Client will receive an in house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.
Service Providers are not permitted to grant refunds at any time.
Note: We provide high quality services with a highly trained staff ready to serve you. All single service appointments need 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment. We require 48 hours for multiple services and spa packages. No shows or failure to cancel a single service before 24 Hours (or 48 Hours for multiple services or a spa package), will result in an automatic $25 charge (multiple services per service). We understand certain situations and events can prevent one from attending their appointment.
We try to be reasonable, therefore, if we are able to fill the appointment time, you will not be charged. This policy enforcement is because we must make up for lost business from you and from potential clients as well as to compensate our wonderful and hardworking staff. This is why a credit card is required to reserve and secure your appointment if more than a 90 Min. total appointment time. Any and all promotions will comply with this New Concepts Policy Spa Policies. We thank you for understanding the reasoning behind this essential business policy.
Gift Cards, Gift Certificates:
Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Please note they can only be used on full price services. They cannot be used with any promotions, packages or offers on services, as well as products on sale. Please present any gift certificates to the Front Desk when you check in. Gift cards and gift certificates are only valid for in spa services and retail products, there is no "cash back" available.
Pre Paid Spa Packages
We apologize but we do not issue refunds on services we will give a store credit toward other services on services unused from your package or gift certificate. We do allow you to transfer this to another person and we will even allow you to give it as a gift card to another person if you are unable to use the service yourself. In no case do we give a cash refund or will we credit back your credit card, you receive in house credit toward spa services and/or retail products.To avoid abuse of our package discounts, when an unused service is credited, the individual service that is already used will be charged at REGULAR price and not at discounted price!
